Dark ruby in color with a purple rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, dried figs, spices, chocolates, coffee, mocha, licorice, wood, vanilla, cloves, tobacco, light earth and black pepper.

Medium plus in body and jammy, with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, black dried fruits, sweet cherries, blueberry pie, oak, vanilla, licorice, spices, tobacco, chocolates, mocha, earth and peppercorn.

Tangy finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

This Californian Petite Sirah blend is always enjoyable. Well balanced and good by itself or with food. Showing nice complexity and a great chewy mouthfeel. So yummy.

This is a teeth staining color kind of wine (not good for a first date... 😃).

I sipped on it all by itself.

85% Petite Sirah and 15% Petit Verdot.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

Deep inky in color with a purplish rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, figs, raisins, vanilla, sweet raspberries, smoke, chocolates, mocha, peppercorn, oak, vanilla, licorice, dark coffee, eucalyptus and spices.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate, and very fruity with blackberries, sweet plums, cherries, wood, licorice, vanilla, Cardamom, spices, pencil lead and black pepper

Medium plus in finish with soft tannins and peppercorn.

This Petite Sirah blend is always enjoyable. Well balanced and approachable right out of the bottle, but better as it opens up. Jammy with mild complexity.

Feels like it is on the way out by now, but I didn't have the luxury of time to open it up properly. Still has enough acidity for the fruits, but not much of the tannins.

Good as a sipping wine or with foods like BBQ Meats. This is a teeth staining red wine.

Bold jammy red fruits, bark, dark chocolate, vanilla, moss. Hot with chewy tannins. Light tobacco and some noticeable espresso.

Majorly extracted, big wine. All black fruit, vanilla, dried herbs and spice. Soft, easy tannins make it drinkable on its own (For you, Cab lovers!). Needs game meats (Herb & pepper venison with black fruit reduction) to pair with. Or skirt steak. Or a good cigar. A real glass/teeth stainer.

Now this is a great wine. Dark in color, almost black with a purple rim.
Magnificent nose with blueberries, figs, plums, and herbs.
Sweet candies on the palate with blueberries, cranberry, dried figs, raisins, peppercorn.
Big, bold and beautiful with gorgeous legs.
Smooth and sexy long finish with bold tannins and ripen fruits.
Great right out of the bottle. After 2 hours in the decanter, chewy tannins on the finish. This is not my first, and definitely not my last. Very consistent from year to year.
Petit petite Ft. My son.

Up to this point I've been exclusively a white wine drinker, but this is the wine that changed all that. Light on the tannins, heavy on the jam. A new favorite and gateway to other reds.

Very dark, not much fruit, leather, smoke, too oaked for my palate.
