Perfect orange! — 7 years ago
— 8 years ago

Fruity and smooth. — 7 years ago
One of my favorite wines I can remember! — 8 years ago
Beautifully aromatic. Floral at first then musty and farmyard. Quite tannic and acidic, but not extreme and not too grippy. Medium body, cherry and earth flavors. — 9 years ago
Wow. Also, give Bocce in Mission a try. — 10 years ago
Doesn't taste like Cabernet or merlot! Soft! — 11 years ago
其實羊皮狼是有年份的,不是NV,2001年正適飲,成熟柔美的35歲,細緻的風味是智利風格的卡門內很難展現的,酸度很棒,略帶玻美侯感! — 11 years ago
12.40 bought in weinpalette Essen

Dry Brachetto. Bright, easy drinking, very versatile. Pretty nose - strawberry, red cherry, roses . Reminded me of frappato — 7 years ago
Very tight but opened nicely after about 2 hours raisin on the back subtle tannins — 7 years ago
One of the very good barbera, one tried was 2014 — 9 years ago
Fantastic, robust wine - perfect for a robust Italian meal. The age has softened the tannins and brought on more of the earthy, mushroomy flavours that work so well worth rich food. — 10 years ago
Botte 47. Phenomenally complex and constantly evolving. Initially savory with some animal fur, toasty honey (aged semillon) notes, slight star fruit. Then it evolved into dried flowers, mushroom, and dark fruit - reminded me of a young Barolo. Then black tea, green tea. Then strong dried spearmint, honeyed toasty complexity like the '81 Lopez de Heredia. Medium bodied with slightly elevated sparkling acidity. Not intense, but persistent on the palate. To borrow a phrase from Veronelli- It burrowed into my memory. I hope it made me forever better. — 10 years ago
Woah!! Hold up. Briny, sweaty, leesy, metallic, concrete laden, pure grape juice. I have to apologize to the Bay Area for drinking 50% of the only sample bottle I got of this lovely Trebbiano. Zero additive, niente chimica, senza solfiti, funky, natty, super delicious wine -day three showing strong- no VA no EA, same oxidative nose as when it was uncorked, which was fresh as lemon rainwater on hot concrete. I want to drink much more from this producer, and I am not biased, even though I am fortunate enough to sell it in Cali! The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is out of this world, truly one of the most unique I've ever tasted. If you see it, don't hesitate to expand your mind and liver on it. — 11 years ago
Very nice, smooth Barolo. Can always rely on the fine wine section of Waitrose! — 12 years ago
