Drinking beautifully. Nose full of cassis, deep raspberry, ceder and cocoa, soft and almost fully integrated tannins, hint of mushroom and clay on the palate, still with zippy acidity, medium finish. I wouldn't caller for more than a couple more years. — 9 years ago

Did a 2011 to 2014 vertical tasting. With each year it mellows slightly. A whale of a stout. — 9 years ago

A bit more hoppy than Genessee Cream Ale, but certainly freshening for a trip to the Florida beaches — 10 years ago
Intense and dry! — 10 years ago
What a whale! This is a big wine. Great nose, but better berries and fruits with sensational mouth appeal. Spiciness on the front adds immense presence to it. Had with pasta. Not much last, but not needed as the front end was impressive. — 11 years ago
Big body, fruit forward zin that's great on opening and up to two days later — 12 years ago

This is my white whale of wine. I fell in love with Barral's faugerre blanc in 2011 and have been searching for it ever since. — 9 years ago
All cherries. This is my new white whale. — 9 years ago
Phat, luscious, yet whale-bone dry. Biodynamic, carries that taste of pecans and nuttiness that marks Malvasia, but the bubbles lift it to a beautiful heft. Very exciting wine... — 9 years ago
