A blend of 57% Carmenère, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Merlot and aged in 100% new French oak, the wine displays aromas of ripe concentrated red fruit with sweet spice. The palate has flavors of plum, raspberry and cherry and notes of figs, vanilla and mocha. It's a 18% dessert wine from Georgia (Rare), it smell pretty solid with slightly rum's flavor, taste like sweet aged fruit. I can't tell how amazing it is when pairing with tiramisu! You definitely want to keep one in your house for dessert anytime! — 11 years ago
