Champagne Taittinger established in 1931 by Pierre Taittinger on the foundations of Forest-Forneaux, itself established in 1734 & the 3rd-oldest wine producing house of Champagne. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunière, rich and complex. Pale yellow color, vibrant bubbles, crisp fruit aromas. Time for something from France.

I’ve generally not been a huge fan of Taittingers N/V, but after a series of Croatian wines, it seems much better. Just goes to the saying, everything’s relative! .
