The 2022 Chardonnay Arbois Patchwork was bottled in March 2024. Opening with some reduction, time in the glass unearths wet stone and lemon flesh aromas. Anchored by zesty acidity, the 2022 is a well-built and tensile Chardonnay that walks off the stage with a tidy finish. (Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, August 2024)

100% Savagnin made in ouillé style (topped up, non oxidized). In fact, this is Tissot’s only Savagnin ouillé, as most of their Savagnin grapes go towards the production of Vin Jaune (aged under flor, without topping-up). Complex, mineral, very tasty. Long, saline finish — 3 years ago

Very good blend of 40% Trousseau, 15% Poulsard, 45% Pinot Noir. Similar to a full red burg Pinot. A little more funk and acidity. Cherry and dried cranberries, light body. Had it 2 nights in a row, with eggplant parm and salad.

Clean, precise Vin Jaune (100% Savagnin wine, aged under a veil of flor for 6 years and 3 months), from a plot in the village of Menétru-Le-Vignoble, on clay soils. Farmed biodynamically, like all other plots. Pale yellow. Complex nose, reminiscent of a Fino, with aromas of yeast and some subtle spicy notes. Elegant, saline, easy to drink — 4 years ago
