The 2022 Chardonnay Arbois Patchwork was bottled in March 2024. Opening with some reduction, time in the glass unearths wet stone and lemon flesh aromas. Anchored by zesty acidity, the 2022 is a well-built and tensile Chardonnay that walks off the stage with a tidy finish. (Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, August 2024)

Nose: gorgeous white and yellow flowers. Intoxicating as it opens. Intense florality.
Palate : elegant honey. Silky. So delicious. Nectar. Nectarine like. Not huge acidity.
This wine takes me to a happy place. Not elite complexity. But elite deliciousness. And not chardonnay or Riesling.

Rocking Roussanne. The freshness on the palate of these micro cuvee St. Perays is just unreal. They drink like nothing else in the Rhone. If Pur Blanc is the Montrachet of the lineup then this is the Chevalier as this is an awesome elegant Roussanne. Like Grand Cru level. Stunning nose. So complex, yellow fruits, pear, mineral, tree bark, earthy, quince but so refined and clear. Amazingly clear actually. Yellow plum. The palate is masterful. Concentrated yet so elegant with such texture and just awesome balance. This is next level Roussanne made in tiny batches. What finish. Fruit is plum, yellow peach, mango, papaya, but so fresh and not vulgar. All class. Just nuts. — 6 years ago

Very good blend of 40% Trousseau, 15% Poulsard, 45% Pinot Noir. Similar to a full red burg Pinot. A little more funk and acidity. Cherry and dried cranberries, light body. Had it 2 nights in a row, with eggplant parm and salad.
Just had my last bottle of this, and it really is great, especially mid-April as the weather transitions. Held up with pasta, despite the lighter body. — 6 months ago
This was so good. Pall mall with Lynette, paired so well with rendang — 9 months ago
Clean, precise Vin Jaune (100% Savagnin wine, aged under a veil of flor for 6 years and 3 months), from a plot in the village of Menétru-Le-Vignoble, on clay soils. Farmed biodynamically, like all other plots. Pale yellow. Complex nose, reminiscent of a Fino, with aromas of yeast and some subtle spicy notes. Elegant, saline, easy to drink — 4 years ago
So yummy - light skin contact makes it have an almost cider-like taste with a clean brightness to finish — 5 years ago
