Idiosyncratic, singular, distinctive, you get the picture. The color is light but it does not lead you to its age. The nose pulls you in many directions, what is that smell I ask myself. One thing it is not and that is alcohol , which registers in at 10.5%. In the mouth very tart red fruit that jabs the inside of your mouth as if it contained pins. Very nice medium finish. Ok when it tried this wine a 2nd time head to head with a bunch of burgs and german pinot's it was good but did strike me as singular and not complex enough. Quite high acid very burgundian red berries of the lighter kind cranberry? Quite good but not great touch of white pepper. — 8 years ago

Amazing #Malbec. This #wine never really takes off with bright fruits, but rather hits the palate with mid level black fruit and the structure persists. Light blue flowers and subtle black pepper dominate the nose. A total food wine as the structure, spice and acidity all hit the tongue on the side and finish singular, bitter and slightly vegetal from a brief cherry and jalepeno component. — 8 years ago

Medium ruby red. Slightly jammy on the nose with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and bramble berries. Moderate tannins (6/10) and low to medium bodied. Lots of red cherries and red currants on the palate.
