Dark red. Oak, slight sweet. Plum. Herb, spices. Taste: enough acidity. Gentle tannin, vanilla. Long finish. Rene bouvier echezeaux 19 @42900, AD, 240601 — 2 months ago
Buy, very light. Could have more acid — 4 months ago
Rene Bouvier, Cote de Nuits-Villages, 2020 vintage. I haven't come across many solid village Burgundy. This is one of them. Punching way above its weight. Nose of blueberries, blackberries, white flower, but also noticed some secondary characteristics of animal skin and mineral notes right away. Mouthwatering. On palate, medium plus weight, dry, fruits and minerals. Long finish, with aftertaste that you get from drinking mineral water. Popped and poured then decant the rest. Half hour of decant seemed to have done the trick. Can be enjoyed now, or keep in cellar for a year or two. — 7 months ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and white floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, melon and zesty lemon citrus with notes of floral spice. Medium+ finish, chalky, vivid acidity and ends with citrus mineral character. Nice! — a month ago
