10' Bressler. Cabernet. This is my second venture into Bressler . The first being the 2006 which was a pop & pour. This 2010 needs a nice decanting. @Martin G Rivard What can I say? We greatly appreciate your generosity. My wife's gonna snuggle up with this for the next several hours. To all my delectable friends, wishing each one of you a healthy and prosperous 2017! Happy New Year !🍾🍾 — 9 years ago

Just about a perfect rep of a fine Italian wine. Pop it and drink it. Paired with a nice florentine steak will make you feel like an angel baby swaddled in cloud candy. Roses, velvety tannins and fruit. — 11 years ago

Got some 07 Dr.Crane left, almost opened one today
Not bad for $11.97! Excellent with roasted tomato and braised bacon pasta at the Chez Benzique Oakland pop-up. — 9 years ago
I suspect this didn't get quite enough air. Not quite pop and pour but it was only open for 45 mins before we drank it (we were perhaps over-concerned about the mid shoulder level). Lovely (and lively) russet core with long legs as a ruby rim; nose of pencil shavings, cigar tubes (hint of metal with lots of tobacco), blackberry stalks, and lingering aromas of compté cheese rind and venerable (on-the-edge) rose petals; long and satisfying - persistent tannins and well integrated but still present acidity. From half bottle - need to give the next one more time!!! — 10 years ago
Yummy inexpensive blend. Smooth. — 11 years ago
Great! Will pop, bubbly. But smell a little weird? Like cinnamon? And a little bit 涩 after drinking — 11 years ago
Dom perignon 1980. Bad cork no pop but pleasantly surprised with a great bottle. Great bubbles old golden color apples and PERFECT!! — 12 years ago
An impossible Rose to get, but thanks to @Henrik Poulsen I got some along with an even better story. We will be trying his Rose in two weeks with a bunch of friends. I'm sure it will be as good. Had this during the crazy heat wave a few weeks back. It made having no a/c bearable. — 9 years ago

I found this to be a very enjoyable wine. I was hoping for a little bit more Oak. I'm not quite sure how it would evolve over time. I always find these to be a great pop and pour wine. I never hang on to them too long in my cellar.
I would love feedback from anyone that has aged some of these to see how they evolve.@Ron R @Mike Rowe @David A Lentine @Howard Greenfield — 10 years ago

Yes the vintage precludes its vibrancy but this '80 is deeply engaging, put on weight throughout and was delicious. Despite pop 'n pour into small plastic cups. — 12 years ago

Fantastic! Intense, smoky, earthy, and sexy. Spices and cherries to boot. Pop and pour. Paired beautifully with venison. Juicy, creamy, and sweet finish. At its peak! — 9 years ago
