Comparing two 2010 Sagrantino di Montefalcos. Both opened for an hour first. I thought the Adanti was a bit softer and more aromatic at first. But the Perticaia had more structure, depth and complexity. Decanted the Perticaia for dinner (only have one decanter) and it improved even more. In the past I thought the Adanti had quite a tannic punch. That has faded over the 3 years since I last opened one. — 2 years ago
Weird fizz. A little funk which I don’t like but jeff loves. It’s a guy thing. Finish has nice grip. — 3 years ago

Still a bit in the young side. But with the salty food and a good decant and air it was very nice. — 7 months ago
Herbals and aromatic. Gorgeous golden color. Nice long finish. Would definitely get again! An intense wine. — 7 months ago

2007. I love Bea very much, so much so I drank both my cellars out of it. Been wanting to try this passito forever and tonight was the time. Awesome dessert wine with great balance of sweet, funk, and acid. — 6 months ago
