2021 vintage.
50 % Sangiovese and 50 % Syrah from Maremma. The vineyards are 10 km from the coast. All grapes are hand picked.
Syrah is macerated on the skins for one hour and Sangiovese is macerated for 2 hours.
3 months on the lees in stainless steel.
A bright, pale pink colour.
Fresh and fragrant with red berry and rose petals on the nose.
Crisp and racy acidity with bright cherries, white flowers and minerality on the finish.

Dry. Flavors of red cherry, grilled red pepper, roasted herbs. Medium, smooth tannins. Complex yet light.
