Delicious orange, not as sweet as my other faves — 3 years ago
An earthy, savory, complex Lambrusco! I highly recommend it for those on the fence about Lambrusco — it’s a natural wine with some cherry flavors but it is not too fizzy or fruity. — 2 months ago
Green pea and lemon, butternut and chive; a waxy Semillon essence, leek and white pepper. Perfect age here on a magnum, and shining incandescent. Garden melange on the palate showing baby spinach minus the tannin and crunchy sprouted barley but bouncing hard to lemon abcf citrus peel to deliver a creamy yet pithy framework that rings undeniably dry and lemongrass forever. Excellent in every way and singularly expansive. The DOCG is well -deserved and remarkable. Aloe and chayotes.

This guy apparently has worked with all the top sangiovese handlers such as Palmucci, Gambelli, Manetti and so on, but lost the train to become famous and still he is doing the right thing
This is just more than an ordinary Montecucco and fits perfectly in the "serious sangiovese" bracket. I expect it to age beatifully for quite a while. Demeter producer. — 10 months ago
Agree with @Chris MacLean : peppery. I’ve not had many wines like this, and loved the expansion of my experience. — 2 years ago
