Highly recommended by sommelier to go with sole. Very smooth, citrus notes, — a year ago

Smooth, buttery, light acidity, hint of lemon, pairs nicely with swordfish. — 4 months ago
2022 vintage. Dark red, much deeper colour than usual for this estate. Marie-Laure Lurton seems to have gone for a bit more extraction in this exceptional vintage. More powerful than usual, with a fresh black fruit personality, embedded in a tight, ripe tannic structure. Serious length too. Decanting recommended,as it showed better the next day. Ab. 14%. — 7 months ago
Excellent gamay feel like i haven’t had one in some years now was once atop my list of tiers. — a year ago

Cool lime and a shiny undertow. Lovely fresh fruit- restrained, detailed, delicate but intense with a puckering saline finish. Really delicious — 8 months ago
"Slow Decanted" this white burgundy with the Vinloq System
DAY 1
👃Lemon/underripe pineapple with stony minerals/black pepper. Vivid
👅Glorious minerality from start to finish.
Lemony fruit takes a back seat to the minerality but there is plenty to provide balance. Great structure, very nice acidity, and a slightly oily texture. All bright and crisp
The remaining burgundy was Slow Decanted in my refrigerator
DAY 10
👃Minerals lead on the vivid nose with lemons in the background. Less flinty minerality than day 1
👅Lemon fruit followed by minerality coming on at the black pepper finish. Structure, acidity, and oily texture continue. Concentrated. Classy and well put together
The 2014 Morgeot Les Fairendes is going strong and was powerful and refined on DAYS 1 and 10.
No reason this cannot continue to improve based on the great overall balance

Unique barnyardy aroma. Hibiscus. Super drinkable; especially in the humidity. Almost like a wild ale. Can’t wait to pick up another bottle. — 4 years ago
Generous fruit with less than expected cut. — 5 years ago

50/50 Pinot Noir / Chardonnay blend disgorged Oct 2022. This a champagne where the grapes of the blend each had the opportunity to strut their stuff. Scents of almonds , croissant, baked apple and lemons put a smile on my face. On the palate berries show up to fight the citrus. Young , with the acid levels I like. If I had to bet, this is a champagne that will benefit from age and gain in complexity. — 4 months ago
