Outstanding. Medium high acid, low sugar, citrus in the body with a really nice mineral finish.

I smell light chalk, stone fruit. It actually changes while you're tasting it. If you see this drink this!

More fleshy than a normal crisp cool year.

Goddamn, what a perfect Savoie. Barest effervescent, warm and crisp, the perfect raclette accompaniment as always.
