Blend of all the little vineyards. gorgeous finesse, super aroma, excellent early season cherry, herbal, berry fruit, spices, florals, focused, clear. juicy and so engaging, red berry fruit, herbal and so elegant and nimble. very focused. neutral oak, small barrels and not new. Great tannins.

No it’s not a red blend !!! Completer is a native Swiss white varietal, mostly grown in Graubünden, where this example is from. Light straw colour touches of green . Green apple , pear , white flowers , touch of peach perhaps , buttery note also. Quite round in the mouth , more of the pear and apple but also mineral and wet stones and a slightly honeyed note. Balancing and well judged acidity, impressive length . Very enjoyable not showing it’s alarming 14,5% alcohol . Very good — 6 years ago

(2020)Unreal nose, so salty, so briochey, so good. Unreal depth, so complex and serene. Salty and creamy, so and so dry and has to be zero dosage. Reserve wines and mostly 2020. 2 years on yeast. Unreal mousse. 1.4 dosage. Extra Brut. Sapid, so elegant and just crazy bubbles. saline and salty and also brown butter. Stunningly pure. Made in the evacuation bunker of WWII. So fine. So great. Wonderful. 100% Pinot. BDB coming. Nose is so precise. The brioche is so clearly defined. — 10 months ago

One of the best Swiss Pinots we sell and it is a smoke show in 2020. Wow. Ethereal perfume of sappy cherries, black cherries, late season cherries, light smokey oak, camphor, burnt fireplace embers, decaying leaves, vanilla extract and spice. So complex and deep. 9.7 nose. Insane. Wow! Wow! So complex, elegant and juicy. Sweet fruit with tons of energy but my goodness what finesse and sleek fruit. This is amazing. The finish has a lipstick like intensity. Stunning on the PNP and I am sure will improve with air. What a finish. Goes on and on. This has such a weightlessness to it plus top notch fruit clarity. Unreal delicacy. Just a stunning showing.

What a nose on day 2. Unreal harmony, purity and clarity. The essence of cherries. Blown away. So expansive. Palate is silken, sweet finessed pinot fruit with a long sappy finish. Remarkable. — a year ago

Medium ruby, the nose reveals intense aromas of wild strawberry, ripe red and black cherry, wood smoke and menthol. The palate delivers a full-body, excellent levels of ripe and juicy red fruit, fine grained tannins and fresh acidity. A gorgeous Swiss Pinot from a generous vintage. Quite rich for a Pinot yet very elegant. Raspberry and fresh cherry with some nice undergrowth and the eatheric lightness of a great Pinot. Soft and velvety mouthfeel with great acidity and light, perfectly polished tannins. Finishes of with a spicy note. What a delight, and it comes from Graubünden, out of all places. — 6 years ago

Nose is like Chablis crossed with Meursault. Gorgeous notes of seashells, iodine, vanilla extract, airy salinity and light butter. Gorgeous and clean. Wow the palate really delivers. Complex and deep and wonderful texture and mouthfeel with gorgeous minerals. So complex. Really juicy and great depth and weight.
