Domaine Georges Roumier

Chambolle-Musigny Pinot Noir 2022

Medium dark rubi robe, nose of dark cherries, spices and a hit of cloves and flowers. Oh so good in the mouth, medium bodied, complex, flowery and with some vanilla from the barriques. Fantastic. Roumier has gotten better over the years. — 3 months ago

Not poxed! Hints of age. Corn and lemon oil, oyster shells. Intense and balanced. Great — 5 months ago

This one, on the other hand, did smack me in the face with a surprising streak of lean almost metallic minerals cutting through. — 5 months ago

"Cuvée Corcelette" Morgon Gamay 2022

The balance on this wine is amazing. At times it is crushable and others it is so complex and contemplative. Big crunchy fruit, stone, flowers, super long 30 second finish of strawberry fields and cherries. So good. — 4 months ago
