This is the best bottle of wine I’ve had from my cellar in years. Nearly perfect. Bought it in 2008 for $30 and one of my great finds. Good lord it was just divine. I’m sure there have been better vintages but I can’t imagine it. — 4 months ago
Big winner at dinner tonight — 6 months ago
A very nice experience drinking this. Might have been a touch better 5-10 years ago around the 15-20 year mark (and was great around ‘08-‘12) but despite a disintegrated cork is still a very nice wine with a beef dish. Have one more of the ‘01 and will have to open it within the next year. — 8 months ago

Just perfect. Souk. Ordered multiple times. Reorder where possible. — 7 years ago
Beautiful salmon color in the glass, spring flowers on the nose, paired perfectly with charcuterie & pintxos at Coqueta, with just enough acidic muscle to stand up to the food. — 7 years ago
I could smell this wine for days. Saline, iodine, almond skin, white asparagus. Shimmery aromatic intensity. — 11 years ago
New to wine. This was one of the first quality reds I was recommended. Should age well and has decent tannins. — 3 months ago
Classic style rioja. Bold and dry with a little spice — 5 months ago

Took a few hours to open up but lovely bottle of rioja with balanced palate — 6 months ago
Good, would buy again. Not too heavy not too light, good aftertaste. — 8 months ago
Excellent with just a bit of breathing, a good deal at $24 which I do not expect to see any time again soon. A good dinner wine, drunk on January 19, 2026. — 8 months ago

Always a good value and tasty! A little more balanced and less “mulled wine” than I recall from earlier vintages. — 3 months ago
