Excellent value. Just a like a CdP but fraction of the cost. 50/50 grenache and syrah. — 7 years ago

I thought it was okay for the price point. I.E. over rated. It was a bigger wine for what I expected and not as complex as desired. — 9 years ago
Sleek and focused, with honey, petrol, wet slate, and a little lemon and melon, supported by nice acidity. — 10 years ago

Tart, dank, and mouthwatering. Smells like fruit loop dispensary kush. Zippy petrol notes and hazy golden straw in the glass. Dream mashup for Riesling + natty wine lovers! — 6 years ago

Drank this on a Thursday but definitely definitely better than the run of the mill weekday wine. Gigondas is drinking well this year. — 9 years ago
There is enough depth, concentration, and balance here to justify $23. The 14.5% abv is dangerously well integrated. Delicious, with subtle acid and a pleasing mineral edge. Great example of a well-made Cotes-du-Rhone. 50% grenache, 30% syrah, 20% carignane. — 10 years ago
Rich, earthy, complex, full bodied. A great Bordeaux for under $30. Lots of cedar, blackberries, and a hint of green apple on the nose. Pairs very well with blue cheese and hearty beef or venison. — 11 years ago

Electric Kool-Aid acid test. Crunk, but not dank, with the light kombucha notes adding savor and depth. A real freak show in a glass. Serious fun. Note: the 2016 version I tasted is Gewurz. — 6 years ago
Lots of plum until it opened up. Surprising and excellent. — 7 years ago
High score for enjoyability not complexity. Grainy fine tannins, real verve & energy, cassis/currants. Johannes find. — 8 years ago
