With Dawn, like French wine - great mouth taste and nice finish — 6 years ago
Funny how sometimes I’m guilty of thinking “ letting the Brett blow off” to taste the main event. Here the development in the glass is the main event, which includes quite a bit of funk when first opening up. That the evolution includes wild blackberries & cassis, & the funk adds to the overall impression of something feral getting tamed, is all part of the fun. Fine grained & can be drunk young, but curious how it would fare in 8-10 years ( imagine a much more smoothed out development & sweetness). — 3 months ago

Amazing! Fruity yet not too sweet. Medium body. Easy to drink — 5 years ago
Gift from wife’s French client. The cork was saturated and crumbled, didn’t have much hope, but the nose revealed bright red fruit, some potpourri, alongside the tertiary mushroom and dried leaves you’d assume. The palate reflected this with sour cherry, strawberry, orange peel, and a hint of mushroomy cola. Lots of fine sediment. Very enjoyable. — 2 months ago

Apple and citrus, with honey, vanilla and a chalky note. Wine is past its prime, but enjoyable. — 3 months ago
