Nice! Reductive, but blew off and has great acid and red fruit. — 2 months ago
Exotic Malbec. Medium bodied with more red fruits and savory. If you had blinded me and said it was some odd, cab franc+syrah. Id have believed you. Very good. — 3 months ago
Was not familiar with torrintes but this was delightful, perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon glass (or 3!) — 5 months ago
Blue-purple fruits, earthy, mineral tones, mid-weight finish. — 4 months ago
One of my favorite wines to have with basic pasta with tomato sauces (with or without meat) is Argentine Bonarda. Unfortunately we’re overrun with effing Malbec and Bonarda remains hard to find in the states, even though it’s widely grown in Argentina. This has the classic dark, purply color. Tangy dark mountain berries, crushed rocks, and bitter herbs on the nose. A blast of flavor initially, fading quickly into lingering minerals and acids. (A flavor profile that just works with the aforementioned pasta.). Cheap and good. Glad I stumbled on this. (Not sure why @Delectable Wine published my notes a second time as a comment 🤷) — 2 months ago

Delicious sparkling wine to easy drink with almost anything! — 3 months ago
Let it breathe, and you’re rewarded with a berry forward wine, i find it more medium bodied vs full. Nice sipper, may want something bigger with beef — 4 months ago

5/2026. Good medium bodied Cab Franc. Even fruit and slightly acidic. Paired well with the rib eye at Halls Chophouse. — 5 hours ago
