The new 2023 JJ Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett is medium dry and as juicy as can be. Loads of juicy apple, green pear, white peach, wet stone, acacia and other white flowers. Long on the palate, beautifully balanced between the acidity asks sweetness it’s a lovely Riesling though more expensive than others in the same vineyard. The Minerality is so impressive. — 8 months ago
Very good, tart, medium and very light fruit — 3 years ago
Ripe peach and grapefruit with a hint of apricot. On the first night the sweetness dominated (we mainly drink dry Riesling). This was 8.5% ABV with plenty of residual sugar, but on the 2nd night not tasting as sweet. Purity verging on crystalline. Medium plus palate intensity. A class act typical of JJ PRUM. I’m not sure if I have chosen the right title here. There was nothing “Trocken” (Dry) about this Riesling. — 24 days ago
Lovely Chardonnay. — a year ago
Enjoyable, dark fruit aroma, medium tannins. A little warmth on the back of the throat. Overall a nice wine. Went surprisingly well with sweet chili calamari. — 4 years ago

A little dryer than 2016, but relatively still light and crisp. — 10 days ago
