Might have kept this a little too long as the flavors are a bit muddled. The aromas/nose on it fills the room so it’s very aromatic. The finish is long but all in the mid-palate and nothing in the cheeks so feels lacking. More acidic than I love. — 8 months ago

Deep Ruby color, purple edges, with aromas of dark fruits, spice, floral and earthy notes, aged 13 months, somewhat evenly split between new, 1, 2 & 3 year old oak. On the palate flavors of wild blackberries and raspberry with smoky spice, vanilla and black pepper notes wrapped in lively acidity. Fine sweet tannins, long finish, great structure ending with fruit, spice and slight earthy tones. Drinks well now, will last a decade. — 3 months ago

On the palate concentrated flavors of strawberry and black cherry with orange citrus, herbs, vanilla and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure.
