2013. Opened my first bottle. Wow it’s really good right now. Great nose, strong acidic backbone tells me many years left. Tannins have eased but still have a touchy grip, for a great mouthfeel. Black, red and then blue fruit. Just really enjoyable. Love this vineyard and Melka’s work at Nine Suns. One of my favorites! — 3 months ago

Decanted 45 min though think it needs more time, very young wine. Very aromatic fruit when opening the bottle. Dark red fruit - black cherry and plum, raspberry; chocolate, coffee, graphite, pepper, plush tannins, well integrated acidity, high ABV but hides it well. Medium finish. Will be interesting to see this evolve over next few years in the cellar. — 5 years ago
