This is a very serious wine for the money. Tasted next to the 2022, this is more open and just starting to come into its drinking window, but with at least 10 years ahead.
Bright cherry and forest floor on the nose. The palate is still quite tight but complex. Great finely honed tannins. Old world burgundian pinot weight and complexity at a fraction of the cost. Fantastic p/q. — 4 months ago

@Delectable Wine - This is the Santenay Blanc. New oak leads on the nose, with really nice ripe apple, verging into each, fruit and some Burgundian gravel. On the palate, the wine has a nice soft mouthfeel and reasonably complex flavors, maybe tilting a bit too much on the oaky side if I were to quibble. — 6 months ago
