Beautiful color, smooth, sweet but not too much so, flavorful. — 9 years ago
Another successful effort from Andrew Morris and Briceland. It leans toward the mineral and saline side of sparkling wine, but with enough clean fruit and body that it isn't too austere. It would be interesting to see how this develops with age, as it seems to have the balance of weight and acidity for at least several years in the cellar. — 10 years ago
Wine of the night! Wow! Brought by Larry Morris. I thought Caymus SS 2004 was good. This was even better. Must try ... CB — 10 years ago

Caramel-marzipan-orange-cookie love. Lemon dust and graham goodness, sassafras cola cool, toffee crunch and date, honeycomb and brown sugar-apricot. Rich, full bodied but somehow light on its feet. YES — 10 years ago

Tasty Gruner with stone fruit complexity and racy acidity. Well worth the $25 price tag. Very flexible on food options to pair with This wine ranging from Asian to CA French.

Blackberries and cherries, soft tannins and velvety texture. A touch of tar and tobacco come through on the finish. An approachable wine that is ideal with a late night burger following A Night At The Opera (with terrific Mark Morris choreography accompanying Purcell and Britten). — 8 years ago
