Beautiful #andersonvalley #sparkling wine that punches a good deal higher than its price class. Apple, lemon, touch of toast towards the finish - the $60 bottle price at a casually upscale restaurant in Frisco / Plano represents great QPR. — 5 months ago
No notes, I popped that bottle to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday. We grilled an entire chicken on an open fire to celebrate, here in the Polish mountains, half a dozen miles away from the slovakian border.
I really like this bubbly. Brioche and fresh pastry notes on the nose, ripe apple notes, lemon juice. The palate is rich, broad, showing apple juice and lemony notes and that french pastry mouthfeel, almost buttery. There is some tang and acid drive in the rear giving it great balance. The finish is long and fresh. Only bit of criticism, I could do with more delicate bubbles. This is a great celebratory bubbly, really. Kudos ! — 3 months ago
A nice way to toast my daughter’s 33rd Birthday! Blend of Chardonnay (42%), Pinot Noir (39%) and Meunier (18%). Straw gold color. Ripe apple hits both the nose and palate immediately with additional notes of pie and bread dough, lemon, apricot, white flowers and fresh herbs. Distinct chalky/nutty note on the finish. Rich and full bodied. Acidity was a bit lighter than expected. Quite dry but extremely fruit forward. A bit lacking in effervescence and mousse but still quite enjoyable. Thank you for sharing and Happy Birthday, Kase! — 7 months ago

Quite a nice #englishsparklingwine featuring the classic #chardonnay #pinotnoir and #pinotmeunier blend. Evolved balance between a racy lemony-style and a richer yeasty and brioche cuvée. Lovely 🍾 but for the same price seems like there are so many equally good if not better choices across the English Channel in Champagne.

Very nice as noted previously, it’s got that Nebbiolo weight that floats. — 4 months ago
