Blend of 62% Pinot Noir and rest Chardonnay. Pale salmon with aromas of berry fruits, yeasty and nutty notes. On the palate flavors of fresh cherry and raspberry, nice firm mousse, rapid bubbles, adding citrus & toasty apple flavors, crisp & refreshing, long ending with creamy lemon, smoke & yeasty mineral notes. Nice! Aged well!

Founded in 1776, Reims France, rare family owned company, still managed by Roederer family. In 1833, Louis Roederer inherited company his uncle & renamed company under his namesake. Fresh fruit aromas, nice mousse, rapid bubbles, citrus & toasty apple flavors, crisp & refreshing, lingering ending with lemon, smoke & yeasty mineral notes. Nice value!

Light bodied, bright faint strawberry flavors. Totally quaffable. Maybe too quaffable.

Light red berry raspberry strawberry fruit they blend juices to make this south facing valley de Marne Pinot noir high density planting they leave the berries at a cool temperature to get some color saignee then they blend with Chardonnay thus gives the wine a salmon color this gives you a pretty salmon color as opposed to blending still grapes to give the wine a more feminine style. 70% Pinot noir and 30% Chardonnay. Chardonnay from chouilly north facing vineyards. Dosage is 8.5 . A warmer vintage so only 10 years.

A shy nose with light red berry fruit that has a sweetness to it, ripe wild strawberry, cranberry, refined with low key brioche & summer fruit compote.
Very approachable in the mouth, juicy and again red fruited, rounded and quite full with strawberry and raspberry to the fore.

Generous and ripe rose with a backbone of north facing Chouilly Chardonnay that snaps it into focus. Cinnamon and I served this with pate for my buddy Henry. #brosé
