Ripe Red Delicious apple, unmissable and unmistakeable. Lemon curd, brioche/autolysis at a moderate level, more on the toasty side, a bit of oxidation. Tight mousse but I served it a bit cold. Very good juice, and well priced at that. — 8 years ago

Briny nose, also yeasty but not toasty, more of an austere yeast. So mineral and saline. Concentrated lemon on the palate, with more exotic citrus zest accents. Really high pitched and exciting. Needs oysters. — 5 years ago
