Georges Skouras Peloponnese Moscofilero 2021

A very prominent fruit note that explodes from the glass, and benefits from a chill for sure. Notes of honeydew, slightly underripe mango, leychee and honeysuckle are prominent, but the color is surprisingly clear, with a gently greenish hue, very similar to Vinoh Verde. Medium bodied, with a sharp, tingly acidity, notes of overripe lemon and sumo citrus, and a lot of energy with a balanced minerality, but a mango-like zest that tingles over a long finish, with notes of Meyer lemon and sea salt. Very enjoyable, great fish and summer day wine. — 8 hours ago

Santo Wines

Santorini Assyrtiko 2021

Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, floral and spicy earthy notes. On the palate flavors of stone and lemon citrus fruit with vivid acidity. Medium+ finish ending with fruit and an earthy mineral tang. Needs food to enjoy. Nice! — 24 days ago

Estate Santorini Assyrtiko 2021

Green fruited, just a bit buttery and lactic, some oak and tropical fruit. Great length and lots of acid, just a bit generic. Distracting so2. — a month ago

Mantinia Moschofilero 2021

Very easy and light white. Popular in a supermarket in santorini (last bottle on shelf so I thought I’d give it a try) — 3 months ago
