Smack your momma good. A lot of finesse with lots of tart fruit, but just the right proportion of yeasty notes. Bubbleheads, buy this wine! — 12 years ago
Blend of equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Bright dark garnet color. Aromas of red and black fruit, black licorice and light oak. Same fruits (very ripe) on the pallet with hints of wet loamy soil and basil. Plump and rich. Silky tannins. Pleasant surprise. Solid QPR. — 4 years ago

Good development, earthy, chocolatey-mess - 90£ ish for a bottle (between 3, not made of money) looks like you can get one at Hedonism Wines (West London) for c. 43£ — 8 years ago
Soft melon-kiwi-white peach entree, adding some gooseberry, fennel and a touch of sour cream on the midpalate. Searching for acidity and mineralité... I like it, but it's so very different than the style of the Cotat-family. Softer, easier, much more elegant and reticent than expected. Is that the house style or the vintage-character shining through? — 10 years ago
2008. Solid Burgundy: deep red brink color, light to medium bodied, good red fruit and some mushroom on the nose. Palate has some black and red cherry, a bit higher in alcohol (13%) noticeable as well. — 11 years ago

Excellent! It took very little time to breathe which was unexpected for a 2011. We will be buying more of this if we can find it. — 2 years ago
