v21. Very good. Decant. Soft, clean, smoked meat nose. Bright, firm blackberry fruit. Smooth, lean, chocolate and new leather finish. Nice, terroir driven wine.. very good food wine. — 9 months ago

This time around was very good: nice smell and some fruit. Went very well with braised leg of lamb and winter veggies. — 5 months ago

Pale salmon in color.
Strong nose of raspberries, strawberries, limes, green apples, minerals, yeast, spices and bread.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with citrus, white cherries, strawberries, earth, spices, yeast, apples, pears and light grapefruits.
Long tangy finish with light almonds.
This is a delicious Rosé Champagne from the house of the Rothschild family. Nicely balanced with a great mouthfeel.
Loved the nose here, and the bubbles are nicely integrated and not intrusive at all. Very easy to drink.
Really good right out of the bottle, and better after an hour of airtime.
Elegant and luxurious, with nice complexity.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with Avocado Tuna Tartar.
A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. Kosher and not Mevushal.
12% alcohol by volume.
93 points.

Wine is dark ruby, on nose its blueberries, some toastiness, caramel,
On palate, its medium acidity, medium intensity, red and black fruits, little bit tannic at the end. Its a good quality wine. Drink it or keep it 3-4 years more. 52% Carbenet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot. Cheers!! — 4 months ago
Dry left bank Bordeaux style blend from Chile. Dry, and tannic. Not very green at all. One of my faves — 3 years ago

This wine screams left bank Bordeaux. The final blend is 63% Cabernet Sauvignon; 22% Merlot; and 15% Cabernet Franc. Great depth of flavour particularly for a 2nd wine. The medium + palate shows an inner core of strength and opulence which exhibits the class of the producer and the excellence of the vintage. Tertiary aromas and flavours. See last Delectable note of 2020. Very integrated, balanced and polished. Prompts the old saying in a London Club, “Just damn good claret my man”. Excellent drinking now but still 5+ years left in it. — 3 months ago
