Red fruit and mineral notes on nose. Balanced. Great wine — 3 years ago
Whiff of new oak. Overall a subdued nose. Very young. On the palate Latent Dense and undeveloped of M+ intensity. Early Cote Roties I had from the mid 1980s always had a peppery side to them. David LeMire MW who hosted this Shiraz tasting said that these days the French think that pepper in a Syrah is more for drink now styles. 93 points now but time will take it to 96+. — 7 years ago
The lightest and most accessible of Tissot’s single-vineyard Vin Jaune bottlings. Savagnin from young vines rooted in Trias soils. Delicate nose reminiscent of a Fino. Mineral, saline — 6 months ago
Wine dinner in Paso, rounded out with a nice GSM blend from the motherland of GSM. — 8 months ago
Great. More later.
On day 2 the nose is rich and full of gras, exotic fruits and intense minerality. Little bit of new wood peeking through as well. Palate is juicy, round and so clear. Brilliant clarity on this. Lovely finish and stunning purity here. 9.4 to 9.5. — 3 years ago
So yummy - light skin contact makes it have an almost cider-like taste with a clean brightness to finish — 4 years ago

Also very mineral, but rounder than Les Bruyeres — 6 months ago
Excellent nose, with a little vanilla and jasmine. Not too ripe or concentrated, but a very refreshing st peray. — 7 months ago
Fantastic cremant. Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard. First fermentation with indigenous yeasts, second fermentation with an addition of grape juice (No added sugar). Lively, complex, citrus aromas and flavors. Mineral, saline. Great acidity — 8 months ago
100% Savagnin made in ouillé style (topped up, non oxidized). In fact, this is Tissot’s only Savagnin ouillé, as most of their Savagnin grapes go towards the production of Vin Jaune (aged under flor, without topping-up). Complex, mineral, very tasty. Long, saline finish — 2 years ago
Pears, brioche, just wonderful. — 3 years ago

Not as reductive as the '15's tried from barrel, not the worst for it though, showing a little oak shining through at the moment, well integrated though, this wine has huge intensity. — 7 years ago

Perfect wine for a cold evening in front of a roaring fire. Quite complex throughout with a clean ruby red color and layered aromas and flavor profiles. Starts with some pencil shavings and spice but eventually opens to a more fruit forward place with red berries taking precedent. Pomegranate, cranberry, and raspberry with some strawberry too. All of them seem to come and go with each sip and savor. Good acidity provides nice structure with the tart berry flavors but medium to low tannins keeps it pretty fresh and young. — 5 months ago
