Gentle slap across the head to wake you to pay attention. Stove fruits and acids lingering long into finish. Stood up to meat dishes easily. — 3 months ago
Nose: a bit cidery. Blows off. Herbs. White flowers.
Palate: mineral. Lemon fruit.

This deserves higher ratings! I love Alpine whites. Never had Altesse before, but it reminds me of good Swiss Chasselas. Very dry of course, but distinctly mineral and mountainous with a fruity, elegant aroma. — 5 years ago

Super earthy & chewy Mondeuse from Savoie. Drinks more like a very good Moulin A Vent. Throws some sediment so watch out. — 7 months ago
Odd wood note in the beginning I don’t like and don’t understand from stainless steel tanks. After that it’s all good. — 5 years ago
