Unassuming. Strict, quiet, barely there aromas of gunpowder, white flowers, blanched almonds. The pale hay colors suggest this is light and easy. It’s not.
It’s 14.5% - fatty oily, type A introvert of a wine.
Slightly hot, we get yellow peach, jasmine, almond. Drink this at cellar temp and drink slow, as she charges quick. — 3 years ago

Our favorite rosé! — 10 months ago
Slightly deeper colour than the 2019 and 2017 . More closed , quite rich summer fruits , touch more mineral . Pretty big and rich in the mouth , more powerful tannins , more masculine more wild and serious than the 2017 . Long and mineral on the finish . Needs time this may well close down but lots of promise . Quite mineral and saline on the rose and redcurrant tinged finish . Will improve over the next 10-15 years and last a further 10 . — a year ago

Lovely rose, just the way I like them! Crisp and acidic, dry. Notes of strawberry, grapefruit, and maybe a light bergamot aftertaste. Purchased in Prague. — a month ago
Beautiful Rose - tasting at the winery — a year ago
Bright, pale salmon orange. Shy nose and medium light palate underripe peach, dried strawberry, citrus pastels, and honeysuckle nectar, layered with other juicy fruity and floral notes. Medium acidity from entry to the moderate, red licorice finish. The gastronomic rosé from Regine Sumaire's flagship Château makes an excellent sipper, but shines when paired with food. Spring and summer fare (salade Niçoise is a classsic) of course, but anywhere you want a refreshing, light companion. Drink now. — 2 years ago

This wine has a soft, light, onion skin pink hue. The nose is fresh and fruity. There is a bushel basket of strawberries in the aroma package, along with citrus minerality and that wonderful smell of rain on a hot sidewalk. The palate is dominated by the acidity, which is quite lively. Ripe red fruit is there, of course, as is a healthy dose of lemon and tangerine. The wine finishes long and the acidity keeps on working after the sip. — 16 days ago
