Dry and piney — 5 years ago
Piney, lactic, fresh berries, you can taste the Drouhin barrels. Amazing. — 6 years ago
Evolving nicely. It still offera some of the blue/piney resin that I loved when it was young. Well balanced. — 6 years ago
Violet candy, bright ripe plum, vanilla frosting on white cake, roses, and licorice on the nose, a beautiful fresh dense floral bouquet. So very floral upfront. A floral dessert for the nose. Deep and seductively dark red berry palate of drunken cherries, blackberries and raspberries. Piney, bright and astringent on the upper and back palate. Deliciousness on its own. Pair with a warm salty surprise like fresh crispy bacon and seduce your lover with this one. — 8 years ago
Delicious. Piney and honey and lemon and golden delicious apple with minerality — 9 years ago
Dark ruby color. Lovely aromas of cigar box, leather and blue/black berries. Dark berries on the palate with notes of tobacco, dark chocolate, sweet spices and leather. Touch of mineral on the long and lingering finish. Tannins are quite firm and the wine is beautifully balanced. Powerful yet elegant. Thank you for sharing, Keith S! Revisited in March 2024. — 2 years ago
Holy honeysuckle and stone fruit and petrol. And a little piney. — 6 years ago
Its not just a number between 60 and 90...for me it’s better than both! Piney, great hops, and even better when you’re sitting at their brewery. — 8 years ago
Love it! Peppery and spicy with a hint of piney wood — 9 years ago
Nose is herbaceous and vanilla. Tastes piney and herbal. Really nice. — 3 years ago
Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Zesty citrus aroma, piney floral taste, good but not overly dominating acidity initially, mineral finish. Not aged enough to be aged, but tasting well for a vintage vintage. Acidity builds over next two hours, bracingly so. Not highly complex, but cunningly crafted. — 4 years ago
Bright and citrus forward. End notes are dry and slightly piney — 6 years ago
Surprisingly, I kinda liked this despite my aversion to overly-hopped beers. The nose is a straight up hop-bomb - floral, citrusy, piney. The palate's also full-on, with heaps of hoppy bitterness, but balanced by malty sweetness and tropical fruit notes (passionfruit and mango for me). Finishes crisp and earthy. Not bad, but not my kind of beer (not an IPA fan basically). — 7 years ago
Check this version of Nebbiolo: gulpable, slightly effervescent with exotic, wild fruits, bramble fruits, red flowers, and a fascinating, piney herbaceousness that I really love! High acid, low tannin lightweight! This is absolutely WRONG Nebbiolo, and it’s great! — 8 years ago

Very nice Chardonnay! Yellowish with pear, apple, white floral, and piney aromas. Nice body with a long finish. A little bit of butter and tartness. Great with our Salmon and Risotto! — 8 months ago
