This up-front, fleshy Chianti is drinking really nicely right now. Pretty extroverted nose shows dark, macerated cherry, iodiney minerality, and a little loamy soil. In the mouth it’s pretty full, with a big whack of fruit initially, some tertiary notes developing and becoming apparent in the back half of the palate. Decent acids and still some soft tannin providing some scaffolding. I’d like a bit more linearity and persistence in the finish but for a ‘18 it’s darn nice. — 3 months ago

온도가 너무 차가울땐 산도만 꽤 느껴지고 잘 모르겠더라
바닐라, 오크 향이 느껴지고 뒷맛이 확실히 남는다

꺼내놓고 좀 식히니까 향이 확실히 살아난다. 바닐라나 오크향이 올라오고 마시면 바닐라에서 오는 고소함?이 있다
산도랑 고소함, 바디감이 조화롭고 좋다

은아는 기름냄새가 난다고하는데 난다고 생각하고 맡아보다보니까 딱 잡아진다!

Deep garnet with a tawny rim. A savoury earthy mushroom note coming through - also balsamic notes. Fading red cherry on the palate. An excellent Brunello from a good vintage, travelling well at 15 years. A fabulous food wine with homemade fettuccine.
