Well balanced flowery and citrusy. The after taste is minerally and caramaly and develops for a while. — 3 months ago
Very typical way of producing. Top wine with classic elements but bever dull. Dense. Hints of tropical fruit and lemon zest. With a long….. finish. Delicate not buttery. I would not recognitie it in a blind tasting as a Meursault. Must try for Evert Burgundy lover. — 4 months ago

Try as I might to not overstate the brilliance of this wine, over pork cordon bleu and noodles in the town of Chablis on a cold grey day, this wine was the centrepiece in an unforgettable lunch. My first Raveneau and now I get what all the fuss is about. Muted nose with some flinty smoke, and mineral notes. The palate is complex and multi-layered for a mere Chablis: green apple, yeast, buttered popcorn. The 2nd half then unfurls and saline, citrus, and a hint of stone fruit linger long on the palate. The structure perfectly balances the fruit. Nothing out of place. High acid, med+ complexity, high quality. — 8 months ago
2018 vintage. Double decanted and tasted after one hour at approx 59-60 degrees. Medium Chablis body. Lilacs, lemon curd, minerals aplenty along with a slightly curious, white pepper, finishing splash. Obviously too soon as this could easily stretch two decades. Saying this as a decided Chablis non-fan but this was arguably the best white (sparkling or flat) I've had in quite a spell. Le woof. 10.25.25. — 2 months ago

Light straw with green hints . Quite discreet and reserved on the nose , elderflower , camomile, oyster shell , green apple , sea breeze . On the palate this is strict and direct , green apple , chalky mineral and oyster shell notes , very mineral focused . Fills out with a slightly creamy texture . Good length focused and detailed . Very young but enjoyable now , quite Chablis-esque is style . Probably even better in 3-5 years and will last well a further 5 -8 or so — 5 months ago

Gorgeous. Lime and pear and a light salinity. Wet stone with a bit of sandalwood and white pepper. Beautifully balanced and precise. In a great place now — 2 months ago
