Sunday night treat. And what a treat! Huge wine. The nose is very precise and straight on the mineral side : oyster shell, chalk and hay. There is a bit of lemon too and it's not chablis like neither because there is a salty thing going on. The palate is a model of balance. Very precise too. A monstrous acid backbone that goes for ever. Lemony touches on the side with a depth, a width like I rarely came across. Layers and layers of texture : a good grip on the side, some matter and fruit along the acid backbone, an everlasting finish with fruity and mineral things dancing along, a salty note comes up in the end. The final notes linger for a very long while and leave a very fresh and digestive impression. Wow this is great

Besoin d’un carafage de quelques heures pour qu’il s’ouvre. Bu en fin de repas, très bien! Loin d’être ridicule à côté du Meursault

Great Jura chards. Oaky, vanilla nose. Taste demands a lot of air n becoms good. Great, really, to Comté cheese.
