Beautiful bottle great acidity giving it backbone balanced with a long finish — 5 years ago
Delicious juice, lychee, grapefruit, lemon / lime, guava, a little sweetness, near flavors of a super dry Riesling. — 5 years ago
Tasty lil half bottle german pinot noir, nice n minerally. Also half bottles make you feel like you have giant hands when pouring wine — 6 years ago
Unique and singular, aromatic, rich mouthfeel and driven by bitter phenolics and earthy spices. Jasmine, tea leaves, subtle yellow fruit, grapey, sweaty socks. Steely minerality, oily texture — 6 years ago
A shockingly clean and dry Riesling with subtle skittles-like aroma. Significantly more enjoyable on day 2 (a decanter not available to me). I am far from an expert on this stuff but I would imagine some more years under the belt might help this yield more? Acid for days but not aggressive. Just tightly wound. A fascinating encounter. — 6 years ago
Almost colorless. More of an apricot/honeysuckle flavor than than the 2019 or 2020 vintages. Delicious. Very smooth. — 3 years ago
Still too early to the party. Second time at this, still needs a few years. Oh has it changed in a year though. It’s massive. Deep nose of fruit, with silky tannins and deep black fruit on the palate. Olive and charcuterie. Round out this incredible expression of Syrah. Time will be kind but it’s limited — 5 years ago
Best Prosecco I’ve had, easy. Pear, white peach, floral, nicely balanced acid, tight mousse. Just lovely. #cvsrun2019 — 6 years ago
Very pleased with this riesling. Very light and smooth with a touch of sweetness. Definitely will buy this again! — 3 years ago
