Clear pale lemon prosecco.
On the nose it is clean with pronounced intensity of green apple, peach, pear, orange blossom and honeysuckle.
The wine is off dry with high acid, low alcohol a full body and pronounced flavour intensity of what we detected on the nose. The finish is long and complex.
Very well rounded wine, outstanding quality.

Interesting Prosecco. Dry and elegant. Still, crying out for a little Creme de Cassis and a Luxardo cherry or two.
