No bubbles but solid. Not dry — 7 years ago
smooth and silky as a baby’s butt! gets better after an hour of decanting. — 6 months ago
Not quite as good as past ones. This feels slightly more thin, more restrained, with both less acid and less dark fruit and olive than in past vintages. With some more air comes alive a bit more. Would give more time or perhaps just time to drink up and accept it. — 6 months ago
Lovely nose of ripe pear, honey, cake frosting. Pretty easy to sip - round, toasty, decent acidity, slight pleasant bitterness, fresh enough but age showing nicely. — 7 months ago
Blend of 70% Grenache, 17% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah & 3% Cinsault, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, oak and floral spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with hints of oak, herb spice and floral notes. Wine was complex and elegant with smooth tannins, long fruit and spicy finish. Very Nice! — 3 years ago
Crisp, dry and clean. Pairs well with food. Good entry-level bubbles. — 5 years ago
Exquisite. Deep dark fruit followed by mushroom, earth, and leather. Nose is earth and tar. One of the best GSM blends I have consumed. — 6 months ago
Tasted over Christmas 2024. My first time trying Pol Roger, and a really great experience – this was a tick above many of the Grandes Marques and I found it to be quite refined. I suspect the dosage is fairly high, since it was so very drinkable, but no complaints from me! — 6 months ago
An incredibly powerful, oxidative wine from Jura. The intensely nutty, salty, oily, honied flavors were magical with the “Pastured chicken, preserved lemon, garlic confit” dish which tasted braised and white-saucey.
This would also be perfect with stinky cheese! — 8 months ago

Wowza this is good. 80% Roussanne, and it shows. I love that grape. Such richness, and though the acidity is low, there’s great mineral tension here. So rich and enveloping. — 4 months ago
