Sun baked lemon, toasted sesame, light cap smoke, lime pith, lemon zest and dried sunflower. Tertiary smells of mown dry grasses and hibiscus. Fresh lemon juice soaked white gooseberry zaps the palate into salivation even as the gunpowder alights. Lime pith honestly reflects the nose and lemon oils persist. Puréed green mango, and chive butter droplet peer just detectable.

Notes from La Paulee 2023 in NYC. Oak spices, yellow apple juice... Medium acidity, very round and textured. Medium finish.

Drinking well right now, but a few yrs wouldn’t hurt. Crisp with more lime than lemon and a hint of ginger.
