Straw in color with a soft floral nose. Buttery on the palate but not overly oaky. Asian pear, almond, honey, and light citrus layered over a mineral backbone. Medium acid in the finish. Not as bold as a California Chardonnay, but nicely balanced. — 5 years ago
Wow, the scores posted are very low. I’m going a bit higher here. Tart, cherry, strawberry and huge mouthfeel. If you know yamhill - then you’ll know this wine immediately. Christmas with my parents and two younger brothers....and my two nieces and two nephews. 6 kids under 13.....Xmas eve and it’s my dad’s birthday and my 13 year old nephew’s bday. Party party party. It’s what we do best. — 6 years ago
We had the 2009 vintage on 12/23-4/15. Nice tastes of strawberry and raspberry with a velvety texture and smooth finish. David Polite makes a real good wine. — 8 years ago

Beautiful red with tons of flavor that linger long after wine has left pallet. The changing flavors on the tongue is amazing — 11 years ago

Enjoyed at Qui in Austin - a perfect compliment to the tasting menu. — 9 years ago
The 2012 vintage represents an outstanding growing year. This estate-grown Pinot Noir displays deep ruby color w scents of blackberry, cassis & warm forest floor aroma. Overflowing w lush flavors of plum, dark spice & orange zest. The finish is impressive, filling the mouth w complex flavors that linger. — 9 years ago
Flinty but fresh and lightly sweet. Perfect with grilled fish and spicy salsa. — 10 years ago
Creamy with a hint of oak. Delicious!!! — 4 years ago
You’re going to have to just buy a bottle yourself and taste it to find out, peasant. (ok dark cherry forest floor that shit was good. I housed the whole bottle) — 4 years ago
This was surprisingly very nice — 5 years ago
I still love this Pinot but the 2011 was amazing I drank at least a case. It does not have the same feel seems more heavy with darker fruit notes. — 7 years ago
Willows Inn, Lummi Island; smells reminiscent of an onsen, tastes like fresh cucumbers — 8 years ago
This is a great Pinot. You'll never be disappointed. Pairs brilliantly with a 28 day dry aged bone in ribeye too. #laterpost — 9 years ago
