Bought on a bit of a whim, this was perfectly fine without a real wow factor. A quite lovely nose of beef stock, strawberry jam and roses, but the palate was undistinguished and acidity overwhelmed any initial fruit. Food is a must and even then it's a bit awkward. — 10 years ago
I wasn't sure about this one as we bought it a "little later in life" - but I was pleasantly surprised by the nose and the cork was in great shape, do it must have been store just fine. Drinking it was even better! Paired this with a lovely ribeye and mushrooms. Yum!!! It was great! — 10 years ago
It must be the season. It’s time for another cracking Shiraz. Again a very fruit forward style. This time with lashings of mulberry and raspberry predominating on the palate. Lacking a little mid-palate complexity, even after a 3 hour decant. Just hints of dark chocolate bitterness and black olive before the fine but drying tannins take over, driving a long finish. Not too dissimilar in style to Hannah’s Swing, just not as well composed. Nice, but not outstanding. — 10 years ago
Plum and berry with a very good balance soft tannins and viscous on the tongue. So well balanced the alcohol is almost invisible. Must buy more.

This is hands done amazing I actually bought two bottles by accident I usually don't buy two of the same wines with never having them before, this is rich full bodied and wonderfully tannic full of flavor and jammy fruit and blueberry pie flavors right out of the bottle ! A MUST BUY AND TRY! Just had again tonight even better than before just a perfect 10! — 11 years ago

Must drink before you die — 13 years ago
Incredible, but I must say that this needs more time!
On the nose, blueberries, blackberries, and the textbook Cos Indian spice signature.
Palette is toasty, with ripe tannins. Beautiful weight and sensuality, with pristine acidity. It's immature, and therefore needs a lot of breathing space, if you pop the cork now. A super effort, with an excellent trajectory. — 10 years ago

This is a definite must drink if you're a big red fan. Berry rich, luscious and full bodied with a smooth finish. I am a lover of ALL Michael David wines so far! (2013 vintage) — 10 years ago
@Chris Koupal @Bill Bender you guys must try this one!!! I had it Tuesday night in Charleston. Wow!! — 10 years ago
Must remember to open Tigs and let it breathe a long time. Tight with a lot of earth then starts to bloom and because wonderfully complex. — 11 years ago

Dom Perignon 1964, in magnum, shared today with Jacques Pepin on a Global Express 5000 to the Aspen Classic. I brought a Spanish porron (i.e., wine bong) and Jacques was game. Incredibly, the Champagne still had bubble, along with terrific hazelnut, brioche flavors. The landing was extra smooth and Jacques – In his cool broken English – said he thought it was because the flight attendant must have slipped him some of the DP. Fine by me. Best pre-1970's Champagne I've had.

Always a must! — 12 years ago
First thing to note is the color. Beautiful color. It's early for a 2014 but not too early. I don't feel bad. Neither does Santa. This will be on the stock list for ages to come. Must try — 10 years ago
Picked this up off the shelf at Crush a few hours before dinner. Might of been the best bottle I have had yet. Wow. Amazing concentration, graphite, tobacco, and dark fruit. Great stuff @Jason Chang @Martin G Rivard wish you guys were here. Add this to the list of must have in the cellar. — 10 years ago
Wow Blockbuster 2012 Napa Cab from a Great Lady winemaker . Loaded with black fruits that really express itself. We let it breathe a good hour. Showed beautifully against all the other cabs! I would give this a clear 97 Rating. A must sought after Cab, do not miss out here. CB — 10 years ago

40th Anniversary Caymus.. A must have. — 11 years ago
This must have been topped up recently. Tastes too young. However, great stuff there... Just doesn't taste over 30 years old — 11 years ago
This wine doesn't need long paragraphs to get its point across. This wine has a crisp and sweet taste. The aroma is very citrus like. This is a must buy — 12 years ago
Probably my most favorite! Not inexpensive at restaurants ($65-$76), but pairs so well with just about anything. Year after year it is consistently great. It's hard not to share it, but then you must keep multiple bottles in stock! — 12 years ago
Wow such a great wine! Must have. — 13 years ago
