The best Napa Cab I’ve tasted in recent memory. Deeply aromatic, with cassis, blackberry, black cherry, violet, graphite, cedar, and subtle dark chocolate. Powerful yet gentle full body with impeccable structure providing energy beneath a rich, velvety core. Hints of tobacco, espresso, and warm spice emerge with air. The finish is effortlessly long. It’s irresistible now, but sure will age beautifully.
This is the inaugural release. 100% Cab in 100% NFO for 28 months. — 15 days ago
