This was super complex. It grew on me as it breathed. 45% Assyrtiko, 35% Malagouzia, 15% Vidiano and 5% Aidani. Mangos. Hints of vanilla. Enjoyed at Koufadakis in Halkidiki. — 2 years ago

Easy interesting white — 5 years ago
Vintage 2015 | the wine is made from two grapes: vidiano and assyrtiko. Gold coloured. Oxidative style. Good balance. Makes me think of Jura savagnin, but with more roundness and pleasure. Interesting. Paired with halibut, spinach and bearnaise sauce. At La Provence Zaltbommel. — a year ago

All the character and flavors of a sauv blanc but with all the heft of a Chardonnay. Light herbal notes of bay and rosemary underpinning a strong Persian lime rind. Hints of volcanic soils and just a heavy white that has a refreshing citrus acidity on the finish. Went great with pork souvlaki. — 3 months ago
