Tainted gold color. Strong floral, borderline pungent nose; little bit of desert rain in there. The palate is bone dry, medium alcohol, medium acidity, full bodied; carries lots of umami, white mushroom, unctuous, tannins, and a strong finish. Paired with salmon sashimi with olive oil and salicornia. Pairing was delightful, wine all on its own will develop your character. Cheers. — 9 months ago
My first white Grenache. Super refreshing and very drinkable, especially after a long day. Notes of juicy peach and tropical fruits make this a great summer wine. — 3 months ago

Somewhat Chablis- like. Some minerality and high acidity. Floral with some citrus notes. Liked it. — 5 months ago

The nose has the citrus and petrol of Riesling, the yellow apples of chardonnay. A weighty mouthfeel of creamy yellow apples with soft but present citrusy acid. A perfect winter white! ❄️ — 2 years ago
