375ml. Translucent dark gold color with subtle orange hues. Beeswax, honeysuckle, and butterscotch on the nose. Past prime but I like it and maybe this is how it’s supposed to be. Gets better with air. Nice depth and a long finish. — 5 months ago

Previous bottle tasted a year ago in September 2024. Mid lemon in colour. Aromatics of struck match, white flowers, lemon and sea spray. Hasn’t got the delicious ripe fruit I am used to with Australian Chardonnay but it does have its charm and attraction in a more mineral restrained style. — 9 months ago

Lemon Yellow in colour. Aromatics of citrus, apple and white daisies (Barb). Very delicate on the palate with those aromatics of citrus and apple coming through with minerality. A touch of salinity to finish off. Like most PYCM bottles this is way too heavy. — 7 months ago

From Aube in southern Champagne, pale lemon color, light creamy mousse, tiny bubbles, with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, underlying toasty notes, dry with 8g of residual sugar. On the palate flavors of apple and peach with lime citrus zest, honeysuckle and chalky nuttiness. Lively acidity with good balance, long finish ending with fruit, biscuit and slight chalky notes. — 6 months ago
