Big, heavy Italian red: quite complex and definitely needs some breathing (decanting even) to fully appreciate. Earthy on the nose, with mature red fruits from front to back. Dry finish. Pairs very well with some extra topping pizza slices as it’s strong enough to not fly solo! — 3 months ago
