This wine has a beautiful coral color in the clear bottle and the glass. The nose is lovely, with lemon and cherry aromas leading the way. The palate offers a very nice bit of acidity, along with a flavor profile which includes citrus, raspberry, black cherry, herbs, and sour gummy candy. The finish is savory and medium in length. It’s a very food-friendly wine, with fresh acidity and a fruity profile. I would love to have this with pork, salmon, chicken, or just about any kind of sandwich. — 5 days ago
