A supposed almost extinct varietal in piedmonte. Rustic in an old school way. I think more age is needed to soften the rough tannins.

Riserva. Dan Petroski brought. Beautiful, a purity, rose petal, of the earth, that minerality, wild strawberry, dried rosemary, quite lovely.
